System Fields
Some metadata fields are defined automatically by the system for all Repository items. However, the fields defined by the system vary based on the type of items in the Repository. The table below summarizes the fields that are automatically generated for each type of item in the Repository.
Not all System Fields are searchable. Only the Name, Created, Last Modified, and Status fields can be used in search expressions. See Search for more details.

Editing System Fields
With the exception of the Name field, System Fields are read-only.
The Name field can only be edited by users with appropriate permissions. See Permissions for details.
To edit the name of a file or folder
Navigate to any folder in the Repository (click on the
Repository button from the left-hand sidebar then navigate to a folder)Right-click on the item to bring up the context menu
Click Rename
In the popup dialog, type a new name for the item
Click on the Rename button or press the Enter key to save. To discard your changes, click on the Cancel button or press the Escape key
