Fixed in this Release

• Fixed a specific issue where failed tiles could be returned from the cache, causing an image server thread to hang. This would eventually result in the image server being unable to respond to new requests and images not loading in the Viewer
• Added a more general mechanism that allows the image server to recover hung threads, preventing this type of failure from recurring
• Fixed an issue where the legacy snapshot downloader would produce a server error if the snapshot was rotated
