Module Reports


Module reports summarize the Student activity in real time at the module level.

Module Statistics

Class statistics, at module level, provide a breakdown by page of the following values:

  • Average class score (per page)
  • Number of responses (per page)
  • Weight of the module (number of graded points per page)
To see module statistics
  1. Click on the Home Home button from the left-hand sidebar

  2. Select the Classes tab

  3. Click on a class name from the classes list (optional: filter by name using the Search for a class... bar, and/or enable the Show past classes toggle to see past classes)

  4. Select the Modules tab

  5. Click on a module name from the modules list (optional: filter by name using the Search for a module... bar)

  6. Select the Reports tab

  7. (Optional) To drill down further, click on a page name to see individual responses by Students

Student Responses

To see Student responses for each question, click into the page name from the module report. From this view it will also be possible to edit Student scores.

To view Student responses and to edit Student scores
  1. Click on the Home Home button from the left-hand sidebar

  2. Select the Classes tab

  3. Click on a class name from the classes list (optional: filter by name using the Search for a class... bar, and/or enable the Show past classes toggle to see past classes)

  4. Select the Modules tab

  5. Click on a module name from the modules list (optional: filter by name using the Search for a module... bar)

  6. Select the Reports tab

  7. Click on the name of a page to see the page report

  8. Select a Student from the dropdown field at the top right corner of the page

  9. Scroll down the page to review the Student's responses

  10. (Optional) To edit a score, click on the Edit button associated with a question and enter a new score (must be less than or equal to the maximum number of points available for the question)

  11. (Optional) The time the report data was last fetched is shown at the top right of the list. To refresh the displayed statistics:

    1. Click on the More button at the top right of the list
    2. In the popup menu, click on Refresh Report

Exporting Module Data

Module data can be exported in a CSV file format, which is compatible with most spreadsheet applications. The export contains the responses provided by all trainees for all questions in the module, along with the graded score, where applicable, and other information about the questions.

To export module statistics
  1. Click on the Home Home button from the left-hand sidebar

  2. Select the Classes tab

  3. Click on a class name from the classes list (optional: filter by name using the Search for a class... bar, and/or enable the Show past classes toggle to see past classes)

  4. Select the Modules tab

  5. Click on a module name from the modules list (optional: filter by name using the Search for a module... bar)

  6. Select the Reports tab

  7. Click on the Export Module Report button at the top right corner of the page
