Uninstall

Removing the software requires administrator rights. Please consult with your local IT support for assistance.

Windows 10

To uninstall the Upload Client from Apps & Features (Windows 10)

  1. Click on the ⊞ Start button at the bottom left of the screen

  2. Click on Settings

  3. Click on Apps

  4. Click on "Pathcore Upload Client" in the list of Apps

  5. Click on the Uninstall button

  6. Follow the instructions on the screen to remove the software

To manually uninstall the Pathcore Upload Client (Windows 10)

  1. Click on the ⊞ Start button at the bottom left of the screen

  2. In the search bar, enter the following:

    "%ProgramFiles%\Pathcore Upload Client\Uninstall.exe"

  3. Click on Run as administrator in the right-hand panel

  4. Follow the instructions on the screen to remove the software

Windows 11

To uninstall the Upload Client from Apps & Features (Windows 11)

  1. Click on the ⊞ Start button in the taskbar at the bottom of the screen

  2. Click on Settings

  3. Click on Apps

  4. Click on Installed Apps

  5. Locate "Pathcore Upload Client" in the list of Apps and click on the ... icon to the right

  6. Click on Uninstall in the popup menu

  7. Follow the instructions on the screen to remove the software
