Supported Formats
The Pathcore Upload Client attempts to identify image files and handle them intelligently, including multi-file images. Several other file types are also identified and uploaded to the destination Repository as attachments.
Supported File Formats
The following is a list of file formats and their level of support in the Upload Client. The table includes the file extension(s) used in Filter Conditions to include or exclude these types.

Notes
These formats are supported in PathcoreFlow, but not currently recognized by the Upload Client.
Lunaphore TIFF images can have an auxiliary XML file with additional metadata, but this is not currently recognized by the Upload Client or PathcoreFlow.
The Upload Client and PathcoreFlow do not work with multi-file OME-TIFF or DICOM images.
The Upload Client can detect and upload Philips' iSyntax files, but PathcoreFlow does not yet support the image format. These files will appear as attachments in the PathcoreFlow Repository.
Non-image file formats handled by the Upload Client will appear as attachments in the PathcoreFlow Repository.
