Is it possible to invite external collaborators to log in?PathcoreFlowPathcoreScholar

Yes. There are two ways to collaborate with other users in Pathcore. For recurring or indefinite collaborations, user accounts may be created for collaborators. Users with an account can have access restrictions via the accessible content feature and their permissions. All our packages support an unlimited number of user accounts.

For ad hoc collaborations, users can give access to specific content within the Repository (e.g. a folder or image) via the Share Link feature.

Is it possible to limit access for specific users?PathcoreFlow

Yes. Administrators can restrict the content available to users via the accessible content and data groups settings. Users can be restricted to any combination of folders. Additionally, the permissions settings can be used to control the privileges users have when accessing content.

Is it possible to disable a user account?PathcoreFlowPathcoreScholar

Yes. Administrators can disable user accounts from the Settings section.

Is it possible to reset a forgotten password?PathcoreFlowPathcoreScholar

Yes. There is a self-serve option available to users for resetting a forgotten password. See Forgotten Password for details.

Users on a team with SSO enforced will need to use the password reset feature of their identity provider, if available.

Is there support for LDAP authentication?PathcoreFlowPathcoreScholar

Yes. Authentication via LDAP is supported and works best for on-premise (customer managed) deployments.

Is there support for SAML SSO?PathcoreFlowPathcoreScholar

Single sign on via SAML is supported in PathcoreFlow as of version 3.4. See SAML Single Sign On for details.

Support for SAML SSO is not yet available in PathcoreScholar, but is planned for the future.
