Security and Compliance

Pathcore utilizes Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for managed deployments. GCP’s cloud infrastructure has implemented extensive security and privacy compliance measures, for more details refer here. In addition to the protections offered by GCP, Pathcore has implemented information security management system based on ISO-27001. We use encryption at rest and in transit at all times.

Pathcore provides both Backup and disaster recovery for Pathcore managed deployments. Backups are performed daily with 30 days of history for managed deployment to assist with disaster recovery.

2FA support is not available directly within the application at present, however many identity providers support multi-factor authentication (MFA) when SAML SSO is configured.

Passwords have a preset complexity of 8-160 characters, minimum one each of a lowercase letter, an uppercase letter, and a number. Should LDAP or SAML SSO be used for identity management, this rule would be overwritten by the SAML identity provider or Active Directory rule set.

Typically no, Pathcore works in the browser similarly to any other website. However, should the website address not be reachable, check with your IT team to make sure the address is not blocked by them.
