Are storage statistics tracked in Pathcore?flowscholar

Administrators can review the total storage use as well as the amount of data uploaded in the past week and month.

Is there a limit to the amount of storage?flowscholar

No. For Pathcore-managed deployments, storage space can be purchased in 1TB or 10TB increments at any time. For customer-managed deployments, contact your IT team to adjust the storage space allocated to the Pathcore deployment.

What are common practices for archiving images?flowscholar

Pathcore does not currently have an archiving mechanism and suggests that images are archived by the customer. Images can be downloaded with Metadata for this purpose.

Archiving is currently on the Pathcore roadmap for development.

How much storage is consumed by the system for tracking metadata (i.e. storage overhead that is not directly used for storing data uploaded by users)?flowscholar

Storage overhead is approximately 1% of the volume of images uploaded. This overhead is used to track generated metadata that enables the system to perform faster and be more responsive.
