The most common way to upload images is via the browser: by dragging a file directly into the Repository folder, or clicking the + button in a Repository folder and selecting the files to be uploaded.

For bulk uploads, such as automating uploads from a scanner or to upload a cache of local images, the Upload Client can automate the process of uploading images into the Unsorted Uploads page.

Can I upload multi-file images like MRXS, NDPIS, AFI, VSI via the browser?PathcoreFlowPathcoreScholar

Applies to: PathcoreFlowPathcoreScholar

Yes. Multi-file images can be uploaded via the Upload Client and via the browser. We support formats from all of the major microscope vendors, these include MRXS, NDPIS, AFI and VSI.

To upload multi-file images such as MRXS, NDPIS, AFI and VSI via the browser, the set of files and folders related to the image must be uploaded as a single archive file (e.g. a zip file). Do not include additional files or folders in the archive file or change the relative path of files in the archive (i.e. ensure the main file is at the root of the archive and there should be one image per archive). See Multi-File Images for details.
