Why can't I use the author tools in Visiopharm after opening an image via the PathcoreFlow integration?PathcoreFlow

  1. Ensure you have the full version of Visiopharm installed on your local workstation and not Visiopharm Basic.
  2. Check your PathcoreFlow preferences:
    My Account > Preferences > Visiopharm > Default Application > “VIS” should be checked.
  3. Try reopening the image via the PathcoreFlow integration.
  4. If you are still encountering a problem, please contact our support team for further assistance.
Why do Visiopharm analysis results not show in PathcoreFlow?PathcoreFlow

  1. Use the Upload to PACS/IMS button from the Visiopharm application to export the results that have been generated back to PathcoreFlow.
  2. If the image was already open in the PathcoreFlow Viewer, refresh the page. Analysis results should appear in the Overlays panel.
  3. If an error occurred in either of those steps, or if results are still not displayed, there may be a communication problem between the Visiopharm application and the PathcoreFlow platform. Please contact our support team for further assistance.
Why do HALO analysis results not show in PathcoreFlow?PathcoreFlow

  1. If the image was already open in the PathcoreFlow Viewer, refresh the page. Analysis results should appear in the Overlays panel.
  2. Open the Image Information panel in the PathcoreFlow Viewer to trigger the import of any new analysis results from HALO.
  3. If an error occurred in either of those steps, or if results are still not displayed, there may be a communication problem between the HALO and PathcoreFlow platforms. Please contact our support team for further assistance.
