Why can't I use the author tools in Visiopharm after opening an image via the PathcoreFlow integration?PathcoreFlow

- Ensure you have the full version of Visiopharm installed on your local workstation and not Visiopharm Basic.
- Check your PathcoreFlow preferences:
My Account > Preferences > Visiopharm > Default Application > “VIS” should be checked. - Try reopening the image via the PathcoreFlow integration.
- If you are still encountering a problem, please contact our support team for further assistance.
Why do Visiopharm analysis results not show in PathcoreFlow?PathcoreFlow

- Use the Upload to PACS/IMS button from the Visiopharm application to export the results that have been generated back to PathcoreFlow.
- If the image was already open in the PathcoreFlow Viewer, refresh the page. Analysis results should appear in the Overlays panel.
- If an error occurred in either of those steps, or if results are still not displayed, there may be a communication problem between the Visiopharm application and the PathcoreFlow platform. Please contact our support team for further assistance.
Why do HALO analysis results not show in PathcoreFlow?PathcoreFlow

- If the image was already open in the PathcoreFlow Viewer, refresh the page. Analysis results should appear in the Overlays panel.
- Open the Image Information panel in the PathcoreFlow Viewer to trigger the import of any new analysis results from HALO.
- If an error occurred in either of those steps, or if results are still not displayed, there may be a communication problem between the HALO and PathcoreFlow platforms. Please contact our support team for further assistance.
