Metadata

PathcoreFlow provides flexible and customizable methods for creating and tracking metadata. The following metadata types are supported on all items in the Repository (including images, attachments, and folders):

• Per-user Tags
• Both types of key-value pairs: System Fields and Custom Fields
• Additionally, these fields can be collected into groups known as Field Sets

Image files have additional metadata types, such as:

• Annotations
• Snapshots
• Overlays

The platform also provides multiple ways of adding metadata, including a mechanism to import fields from a CSV file, and an Universal LIS Connector add-on to facilitate synchronization with an external system.
