Folder Listing

Most of a user's interaction with the Repository will occur within the Folder Listing — a list of items in the currently opened folder. From here a user can navigate to other folders, open images and other files, and manage standard file operations such as copying, moving and renaming. The primary way users interact with items in this view are the actions found in the Context Menu.

Left Hand Side Panel

The Left Hand Side (LHS) Panel provides easy access to the various sections of the application. The panel can be collapsed to show only its icons by clicking the button. Clicking the button expands it again.

On a mobile device, the Left Hand Side Panel is accessed by tapping on the top left button.

The LHS Panel includes:

• Recent
• Starred
• Repository - a collapsible tree of the folders contained within your Repository
• Unsorted Uploads
• Trash
• Storage use summary - More detail is available on the Storage Statistics page

Top Bar

The bar along the top of the Repository view provides access to various settings as well as all of the current user's tags (note: some of these options may be collapsed under a icon on a mobile device):

• Tags

• Global Search

• The help menu, which includes:

  • What's New - pops out a sidebar highlighting the latest features
  • Help Center - a link to the Pathcore Help Center
  • Support and Feedback - a link to the Pathcore Support page
  • Legal Terms - a link to the licensing and support page
  • The current version of PathcoreFlow - which also links to the notes for this release

• Settings (only displayed if the current user has access to any administrative features)

• User profile photo - this opens a dropdown menu of user actions such as Manage Account and Log Out

Right Hand Side Panel

The Right Hand Side (RHS) Panel panel provides information about the currently selected item, as well as some actions depending on the type of item(s) selected, add-ons, and the current user's permissions. The panel can be collapsed by clicking on the button. Clicking the button expands it again.

On a mobile device, the information panel is accessed by tapping on the top right button.

The panel may have several tabs, including:

• Metadata - This tab shows all of the Metadata associated with the item(s), including System and Custom Fields
• Activities - This tab allows a user to review the Activity Logs associated with the selected item(s)
• Analysis - This tab displays analysis results from third-party integrations, such as Visiopharm or Indica Labs' HALO
